Refund policy

Policy Valid as of Nov 2025

Returns must be authorized within 14 days from date of delivery. Merchandise must then be received by our warehouse within 7 days of authorization to receive a full refund.

*During the holiday/ busy season, please allow additional time for returns to be processed. *

To be eligible for a return:

  • Merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags, and in all its original packaging (e.g. plastic bags, ect.).
  • Please do not use a bag/box that does not fit your return properly as the items will not be received in satisfactory condition. 
  • Customers with excessive returns or excessive returns per order may be subject to a 5% restocking fee
  • Returns that violate the above conditions may not be refunded and/or subject to a 50% restocking fee at our discretion.
  • Please be sure all returns conditions are met as we will be unable to return items to customer once they have been received by our returns department. 

*All returns must be mailed back to our warehouse. We no longer accept drop-off returns.

*Please ensure your item meets all return policy requirements in order for us to accept your return. Any item that does not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense.

*Seasonal sales are Final Sale. We cannot exchange or match sale prices.

Returns Methods

Ship with carrier of your choice.

Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to us and to cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please keep the Return Tracking Number of the package you are returning to ensure that it has been delivered to our warehouse. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please ensure your item meets all return policy requirements in order for us to accept your return. Any item that does not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Shipping is non-refundable. 

Exchanges

We currently do not process exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return is received, please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Please Be Advised, If You Received Free Shipping With Your Order And Return The Full Order, $9.95 USD Will Be Deducted From Your Total Refund For Domestic Shipping.

 During the holiday season please allow additional time for returns to be processed. Please allow an addition few days for the refund to be reflected in your bank statements.
